How the warranty works
Your warranty starts the day your hot tub is delivered and runs for 90 days. During that time, if a covered component stops working under normal use, give us a call or text — we'll come out, diagnose it, and fix it. You don't pay for the parts and you don't pay for the labour. That's the whole deal: no deductibles, no fine-print fees, no runaround.

If a pump fails under normal use, we repair or replace it.

Element, sensors, and related heating components.

Topside controls, control board, and electronics.

Jets & plumbing
Leaks and jet failures under normal operation.

Our time is covered too — parts and the work to install them.
The warranty covers failures under normal residential use. It doesn't cover damage from freezing due to power loss, improper water chemistry, accidents, or modifications made after delivery — but if something goes wrong, call us anyway and we'll figure out the fairest path forward.
After the 90 days
We don't disappear when the warranty ends. Status Spas provides ongoing service and repairs at industry-leading competitive rates — usually well below what a dealership will quote you. We already know your tub inside and out, so diagnosis is faster and repairs are cheaper. One call, and the same people who inspected and delivered your spa are the ones servicing it.
