Alex has spent over 15 years fixing hot tubs — the popular brands, the discontinued ones, and the mystery tub the previous homeowner left behind with no manual and a missing panel. Dealerships will only touch what they sell. Alex works on any brand, and he doesn't do “sorry, can't help you.” The jobs other techs walk away from are the ones he likes best.
